TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the cleaning services provided by Tidy Cleaning Solutions ("Tidy Cleaning Solutions," "we," or "us"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of our cleaning services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By engaging in any form of business with Tidy Cleaning Solutions, including booking our cleaning services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Cleaning Services

2.1 Service Description
Tidy Cleaning Solutions offers professional cleaning services in Barbados. Our services include residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, and additional services as agreed upon between the client and Tidy Cleaning Solutions.

2.2 Service Limitations
Tidy Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to refuse any cleaning service that is deemed hazardous, illegal, or outside the scope of our capabilities. We are not responsible for cleaning any hazardous materials or performing tasks that could endanger the safety of our employees.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking
To book our cleaning services, clients must contact Tidy Cleaning Solutions through our designated communication channels. We will provide a quote based on the scope of work, schedule availability, and other relevant factors. By accepting the quote, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

3.2 Payment
Clients are required to make payment for the cleaning services upon completion. Payment can be made through our accepted payment methods, as specified by Tidy Cleaning Solutions. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the cleaning appointment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment by providing Tidy Cleaning Solutions with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4.2 Tidy Cleaning Solutions Cancellations
Tidy Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to inform the client in advance and arrange an alternative appointment.

4.3 Cancellation Notice

Cancellation for recurring cleaning services requires a 30-day written notice from either party to terminate the contract. Both parties must fulfill their obligations during this period. Outstanding payments must be settled, and prepaid amounts beyond the cancellation date will be refunded prorated. Immediate termination is allowed for unremedied material breaches. Upon cancellation, property must be returned, and confidentiality agreements remain in effect.


4.4 Renewal Clause

This contract shall be automatically renewed on an annual basis unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date. Upon renewal, all terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Any adjustments to the terms, conditions, or pricing must be mutually agreed upon and documented in writing prior to the renewal date.


5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Property and Valuables
Tidy Cleaning Solutions will exercise reasonable care and caution when cleaning the client's property. However, we are not liable for any damages or loss of valuables, including but not limited to cash, jewelry, or electronics, unless such loss or damage is a result of our gross negligence.

5.2 Insurance
Tidy Cleaning Solutions maintains liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries caused by our employees during the provision of cleaning services. Our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance policy.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1 Confidentiality
Tidy Cleaning Solutions respects client confidentiality. We will not disclose any confidential or sensitive information obtained during the provision of our cleaning services, unless required by law.

6.2 Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising Rights Clause


The Tidy Cleaning Solutions retains the right to use the Client's name, logo, and a brief description of the services provided for advertising and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. The Client agrees to grant the Tidy Cleaning Solutions  a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use its trademarks and service marks solely for these purposes. Any specific requirements or restrictions regarding the use of the Client’s name and logo must be communicated in writing by the Client prior to service commencement. Tidy Cleaning Solutions  agrees to comply with any such requirements or restrictions to the best of its ability.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.

9. Amendments and Severability

Tidy Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By using our cleaning services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SCHEDULING POLICY

At Tidy Cleaning Solutions, we strive to provide our clients with reliable and efficient cleaning services. To ensure a smooth and organized scheduling process, we have implemented the following scheduling policy:

1. Booking Appointments

1.1 Method of Booking
Clients can schedule appointments with Tidy Cleaning Solutions by contacting us through our designated communication channels, such as phone, email, or online booking platform.

1.2 Availability
We will make every effort to accommodate the preferred date and time requested by the client. However, appointment availability is subject to our schedule and the availability of our cleaning staff.

2. Advanced Scheduling

2.1 Advance Notice
To secure a preferred cleaning appointment, we recommend clients to book in advance. Providing at least one week's notice allows us to better manage our schedule and allocate resources accordingly.

2.2 Recurring Appointments
For clients requiring regular cleaning services, we offer the option to schedule recurring appointments at predetermined intervals, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This ensures consistency and priority in service delivery.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 Client Cancellations
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3.2 Tidy Cleaning Solutions Rescheduling
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, Tidy Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to reschedule a cleaning appointment. We will make every effort to inform the client as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time.

4. Timeliness and Delays

4.1 Punctuality
We value punctuality and strive to arrive at scheduled appointments promptly. Our cleaning staff will make every effort to be on time; however, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or unexpected cleaning requirements at a previous appointment.

4.2 Delay Communication
If we anticipate a delay of more than 15 minutes, we will promptly inform the client to provide an updated estimated time of arrival.

5. Flexibility

5.1 Schedule Adjustments
Tidy Cleaning Solutions understands that clients may have changing cleaning needs. We strive to be flexible and accommodate reasonable requests for adjustments to the scheduled appointments, subject to availability.

5.2 Service Modifications
If there are specific requests or changes to the cleaning requirements, we encourage clients to notify us in advance, preferably at the time of booking or with sufficient notice. This allows us to allocate the necessary time and resources to meet the client's expectations.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Tidy Cleaning Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If, for any reason, a client is not satisfied with our cleaning service, we encourage them to notify us promptly so that we can address and resolve any concerns.

By scheduling an appointment with Tidy Cleaning Solutions, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with this scheduling policy.

By engaging with Tidy Cleaning Solutions, you agree to the following:

1. Treat Service Providers courteously and lawfully, providing a safe and appropriate working environment in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Provide Service Providers with all reasonable information and cooperation necessary for them to deliver the requested services.

3. All bookings between you and Tidy Team Members, Staff, or Service Providers must be made exclusively through Tidy Cleaning Solutions. Engaging or employing them outside of Tidy for any services is prohibited.

4. If a Service Provider offers services outside of Tidy Cleaning Solutions, you must refuse the offer and notify Tidy immediately. Accepting such offers or making similar offers to Tidy Team Members, Staff, or Service Providers will result in the withdrawal of your right to use Tidy Cleaning Solutions, without any obligation for fee refunds. You may also be required to compensate Tidy for any losses incurred, up to a maximum of $600.

5. After the termination of the legal agreement between you and Tidy Cleaning Solutions, you agree not to engage or employ any Tidy Team Members, Staff, or Service Providers you have previously booked through Tidy Cleaning Solutions, or whose contact details you have received from Tidy Cleaning Solutions, for a period of six months. If a client wishes to hire a cleaner directly, they must pay a one-time recruitment fee of $1,500 to Tidy Cleaning Solutions. As such, clients must submit a written request to employ a cleaner, which will facilitate the termination of both the client’s agreement with Tidy Cleaning Solutions and the cleaner’s contract with Tidy.

Please be aware that these terms and conditions are subject to your agreement and adherence.

Tidy Cleaning Solutions - Gift Card/Certificate Terms and Conditions


1. Redemption and Use: Tidy Cleaning Solutions gift cards ("Gift Cards") are redeemable for services offered by Tidy Cleaning Solutions ("Tidy"). Gift Cards may only be used for the purchase of cleaning services and related products offered by Tidy.


2. Validity: Gift Cards are valid for use until the expiry date specified on the card. After this date, the card will no longer be valid for use and any remaining balance will be forfeited.


3. Non-Refundable: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.


4. Lost or Stolen Cards: Tidy is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Treat Gift Cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.


5. No Resale: Gift Cards may not be resold or transferred for value. Resale or transfer of Gift Cards will invalidate the card and Tidy reserves the right to refuse acceptance of such cards.


6. Balance Inquiry: To check the balance of your Gift Card, please contact Tidy customer service.


7. Limitations: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.


8. Tidy's Rights: Tidy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendment will be effective immediately upon being posted on Tidy's website or upon notification to Gift Card holders.


9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.


10. Acceptance: By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

12. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


13. Language: These terms and conditions are drafted in English. If these terms and conditions are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.


By purchasing or using a Tidy Cleaning Solutions Gift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
