Pay Structure Policy for Tidy Cleaning Solutions
1. Introduction:
At Tidy Cleaning Solutions, we are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation to all employees. Our pay structure policy outlines the principles and guidelines for determining employee compensation within our cleaning firm based in Barbados.
2. Pay Rates:
- Employees of Tidy Cleaning Solutions will receive compensation based on an hourly wage.
- Pay rates will be determined based on factors such as job role, experience, and performance evaluations.
- The pay rates will be communicated to employees upon hiring and may be reviewed periodically to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
3. Timekeeping:
