- Dust exterior lights
- Clean windows
- Clean doors, door frames, and doorknobs
- Sweep entranceways
Living/Common Areas
- Sweep, vacuum, or mop floors
- Clean doorknobs and light switches
- Dust and clean windows, window sills, and tracks
- Remove paint drops from floors and scuff marks from walls (where possible)
- Clear away all trash
- Clean doors and doorframes
Kitchens
- Dust shelves and countertops
- Clean inside appliances
- Clean interior cabinets and drawers
- Sweep, vacuum, or mop floors
- Clean windows, window sills, and tracks
- Remove all trash
- Clean sink and backsplash
- Wipe down all fixtures and finishes
Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize the sink, tub, and shower
- Sanitize the toilet
- Wipe down mirrors, cabinets, and countertops
- Sweep, vacuum, or mop floors
- Clean inside cabinets and drawers
- Clean windows, baseboards, light fixtures, doorknobs, and doorframes
- Remove all trash
Bedrooms
- Clean inside closets
- Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Wipe down baseboards
- Dust built-in shelving units
- Dust grates and vents
- Remove paint from hinges (where possible)
Outdoor Spaces/Landscaping
- Sweep porches, decks, and patios
