Job Summary:
The Cleaning Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring the premises are presentable, sanitized, and safe for occupants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
3. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
4. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
5. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
6. Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
7. Follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals.
8. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation.

Qualifications:
1. Must be at least 25 years old.
2. 2-3 years working experience as a cleaner
3. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
4. Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
5. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
