1. Food Storage Areas

- Refrigerators & Freezers

  - Empty all contents and check for expired items.

  - Remove and clean all shelves, drawers, and bins.

  - Wipe down and sanitize interior and exterior surfaces.

  - Ensure proper temperature settings before restocking.


- Pantries & Dry Storage

  - Empty shelves and cabinets.

  - Wipe down all surfaces, including doors and handles.

  - Check for expired or infested items before restocking.


2. Cooking Equipment

- Ovens

  - Clean interior with oven cleaner; remove racks and clean separately.

  - Wipe down the exterior, including knobs, handles, and the hood.

  - Check and clean grease filters and exhaust fans.


- Stovetops & Grills

  - Remove and clean burners, grates, and drip pans.

  - Scrub surface areas with degreaser.

  - Clean control knobs and exterior surfaces.


- Microwaves

  - Wipe down the interior, focusing on corners and edges.

  - Clean exterior surfaces, including the keypad.


- Fryers

3. Preparation Areas

- Countertops & Cutting Boards

4. Small Appliances

  - Clean interiors and remove crumbs or residue.

  - Wipe down exteriors and sanitize handles.


5. Dishwashing Area

- Sinks & Drying Racks

6. Floors & Walls
