We provide all our own cleaning supplies and equipment for each job. Our cleaning professionals utilize the best products and tools to ensure that our services are of the highest quality. However, if a customer has special requests or provides specific products they would like us to use, then we will follow those requests. 

In order to complete regular home cleans, the customer is expected to have the necessary equipment onsite which should include items such as a vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket.

At Tidy, we always strive to go the extra mile for our customers. If you have an additional request for us, please include a note under the "Comments" section of your booking form. Please be aware that these requests may incur additional costs.

At Tidy Cleaning, we want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our services. If you feel that any part of your cleaning is not up to our usual standards, contact us within 24 hours to let us know and provide photos for reference. We'll send our professionals to address the issue and make it right!

Clients have the freedom to decide. You don't need to be home during the cleaning. You can opt to leave instructions when booking so we can see exactly how to get in. Rest assured that your access notes are kept secure.

For the safety of our Tidy Team and your pets, we strongly suggest keeping animals away from the premises during our cleaning process. We take safety seriously and want to ensure that everyone is safe.

At Tidy we believe that a personalized and non-intrusive service is the best way to satisfy our customers. That's why our employees work in teams of two or alone; we never send out a larger staff than needed. Our team members clean up to three places per day which allows them to get to know their clients and their homes. Although some may think it takes longer this way, we stand by the fact that providing customer-oriented service is worth it.

Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. Payment can be made in cash, by wire transfers, or any other method as agreed upon by the Company. 

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Yes, for clients requiring regular cleaning services, we offer the option to schedule recurring appointments at predetermined intervals, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This ensures consistency and priority in service delivery.
